What is the minimum amount of each order?
The minimum is just one unit, but you are able to download the free 30 days trial version and once it is expired you need to follow the instructions to pay and receive the activated licence.
Do you accept returns?
The software is downloaded as it is, so there are no returns but the support for use in your plant is continuous, your automaed machine must already be based on the Mod Bus TCP/IP protocol. Any opportunity for improvement is welcome and the program can be improved based on your feedback at no additional cost.
